Purpose of the role
The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer contributes to the digital foundation that supports manufacturing operations at the Boxmeer site. The role focuses on enabling accurate, reliable, and compliant digital batch records through the effective use and evolution of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
This position is ideal for professionals who are developing their expertise in manufacturing systems and enjoy learning through hands on experience, collaboration, and mentoring. The MES Engineer works within a multidisciplinary environment, gaining exposure to regulated manufacturing processes, digital systems, and global ways of working, while building technical and problem-solving skills.
By supporting system reliability, participating in improvement initiatives, and engaging with the wider MES community, the role helps strengthen both local manufacturing performance and global digital capabilities.
