As a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Bias), you will be shaping, developing, and improving mechanical and hydraulic manufacturing processes. You will support production teams, resolve technical issues, and ensure our products are built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Bias), you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and improving manufacturing processes for mechanical and hydraulic assemblies
  • Creating and validating tooling, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment
  • Providing daily engineering support on the shop floor and resolving issues quickly
  • Leading mechanical root‑cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
  • Supporting NPI by converting designs into scalable, manufacturable processes
  • Collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Conducting PFMEAs, capability studies, and process quality assessments
  • Driving improvements in safety, cycle time, cost, and product quality using Lean methods

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • Have strong knowledge of materials, tolerances, fits, and manufacturing methods
  • Have the ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical drawings
  • Have hands‑on experience with hydraulic systems, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Have computer competency with Word, Excel, and engineering documentation tools
  • Have experience with PFMEA, process development, and root‑cause analysis
  • Have understanding of CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD desirable)
  • Have experience working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
