Job Purpose:
The Program Performance Manager leads the learning and development strategy that empowers our financial institution partners to improve performance through strategic solutions that drive participation and revenue growth. This role designs and delivers innovative, high-impact learning experiences and engagement strategies for both leaders and lenders—positioning our training ecosystem as a true competitive differentiator. The manager brings strong business acumen, program performance expertise, and an outcomes-driven mindset to create measurable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities, partner goals, and B2b distribution team needs. This role also provides leadership and direction to Learning and Development Consultants and Instructional Designers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative learning and development solutions across multiple modalities for diverse partner and lender audiences.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a remote instructional design and performance consulting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain learning assets, curricula, and best practices that align with enterprise priorities, partner goals, and B2b Distribution team needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and scalability of learning programs to enhance partner performance and engagement.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, readiness, and coordinated execution of learning and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends, technologies, and learning innovations to differentiate our programs and enhance the partner experience.
  • Design performance-focused solutions that strengthen adoption, lender confidence, and utilization of learning resources.
  • Establish and track success metrics to ensure learning solutions achieve measurable outcomes tied to business office, partner, and B2B distribution goals.
  • Oversee quality assurance for all learning and development deliverables, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development, Marketing, or business-related field, or experience trade off.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience of fostering teamwork, recognizing performance, engagement, and creating accountability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit union/ financial services industry, experience working in a credit union or bank preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in a learning and development, training, coaching, facilitation environment.
  • Proven success and experience in collaborating and influencing cross functional groups including leading large and complex cross functional projects.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) subject matter expertise strongly desired.
  • Instructional design experience building and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices
  • Strong communication, influencing, change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written, presentation skills

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $156,300.00
