Pay Range

$53.80 - $80.70

Major Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements an integrated recruitment strategy to optimize and drive a best-in-class recruitment program from talent pipeline development to onboarding. Ensure the execution of consistent and legally sound assessment and selection processes.
  • Leads and inspires team. Develops recruiter competencies to ensure capabilities around technology, exceptional candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Makes recommendations to improve our position in the patient service areas through increased brand awareness.
  • Partners with workforce development team on workforce strategy development and implementation of the action plans tied to our key strategic priorities.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced, efficient and cost-effective recruiting process.
  • Manages the recruitment dashboard to measure the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of processes and outcomes for talent acquisition. Monitors volume fluctuations and balances recruiter workload accordingly.
  • Develops and evaluates overall recruitment productivity standards to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently with top external or internal talent and identifies opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and/or quality of hire.
  • Partners with site HR Leadership to resolve issues or concerns related to Recruitment.

  • Identifies process improvement opportunities to ensure an effective and efficient process that minimizes waste and optimizes the hiring of top talent.
  • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
  • Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required.


Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.


Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources. Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in human resources.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications.
  • Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment.
  • Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across a multiple client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, training and holding others accountable.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a variety of candidates and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites or similar products as well as applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software.
