Your Tasks
Facilitate the hiring process, from initial candidate sourcing to successful onboarding, ensuring timely and cost-effective talent acquisition.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and meticulously shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule all interview stages.
Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive communication, timely updates, and professional engagement.
Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including reference verification, to validate candidate information.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions.
Assist new hires with their onboarding process and coordinate necessary training support for smooth integration.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all recruitment activities and progress.
Administer exit interviews to gather feedback on resignation reasons and identify areas for process improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent knowledge of MOS office (MS excel, MS power point)
Excellent English Language in both written & verbal.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Familiarity with Workday system is a plus
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
