What you will do:

  • Handle daily key processes in your area and support your supervisor with operational needs.
  • Take part in training, uphold high service standards, and promote teamwork through a hands-on approach.
  • Share operational, employee, and guest-related feedback with management.
  • Guide colleagues, ensure proper service sequence, and take orders or serve (and when needed prepare) food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage service for large tables, VIPs, and private events.
  • Stay attentive to guest preferences, help maintain guest history, and add thoughtful touches when opportunities arise.
  • Assist with supply requisitions and follow established procedures.
  • Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct along with grooming and hygiene requirements.
  • Join briefings and meetings, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and support a safe working environment.
  • Complete other duties assigned as part of the operation.
  • Performs any additional duties as assigned

What you bring:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a five star hotel or resort.
  • Strong English, math, and psychometric abilities.
  • A positive attitude with the drive to grow.
  • Confident guest interaction skills and a natural sense of personal presentation.
  • Formal training in wine and food knowledge. WSET qualifications will be an added advantage.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full time position
  • 48 hours a week with one day off
