In this role, you will drive critical business activities that ensure the successful strategic planning and execution of key US commercial sales strategies and initiatives. 

How you will make an impact:
•    Play an instrumental role in designing and maintaining in-depth analysis of quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to inform forecasting, strategic planning, and pricing strategies, and support key sales initiatives 
•    Develop impactful presentations and tools to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to sales management and internal executives
•    Collaborate with the sales organization and internal stakeholders to identify best practices, business trends, and opportunities for improvement
•    Provide direction and guidance to the sales organization, internal stakeholders and project teams to address key strategic challenges and opportunities
•    Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives as needed 
•    Other incidental duties (e.g., foster effective internal relationships within organizations)

What you'll need (Required):
•    Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria 

What else do we look for (Preferred):
•    Master's Degree or equivalent in MBA  
•    8 years’ experience related work experience in strategy and/or financial planning, management consulting, or sales operations
•    Ability to synthesize complex information into a high-level strategic message, and to interpret internal/external business factors into recommendations and solutions
•    Proven expertise in Excel (other data analysis tools a plus) and PowerPoint with high attention to detail and output
•    Experience with executive level communication and live presentations
•    Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business
•    Demonstrated experience working with a range of professionals to help navigate through complex situations
•    Strict attention to detail with accountability for accuracy of data and analyses
•    Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
•    Travel up to 10%

For California, the base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $167,000 (highly experienced).
