Manager Social Media (m/w/d)

Location: Eschborn

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks:

Develop, implement, and execute communication strategies and activities in social media with a focus on video content on TikTok or YouTube
Support the selection of suppliers and ramp-up of a TikTok channel for Samsung Germany
Assist in expanding activities on Samsung Germany's YouTube channel
Responsible for creating and managing unique (video) content – from concept to posting
Monitoring social trends, sounds, and challenges to creatively adapt them for our brand
Position Samsung and its products on social media
Conduct global and local campaigns in the field of social media (owned / earned)
Further develop and monitor of social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
Measure success based on defined KPIs to determine the effectiveness of communication measures
Act as an interface between the global and European corporate organization, local business units, agency partners, and other external partners involved in the rollout of communication activities

Skills and Qualifications

Your skills and experience:

Degree in marketing, PR, communications, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
TikTok Native: Strong sense for trends and storytelling
Solid knowledge and proven experience in the production and video editing of video content – both in front of and behind the camera
Proven experience in managing social media channels, especially TikTok and YouTube
Proficient use of relevant video editing and cutting tools (e.g., CapCut).
Extensive knowledge of all major social networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing
Strong project management skills and experience in managing agency partners.
Strong analytical skills, high problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
Independent, structured work style with a high level of creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm for content production
