JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in Property and Casualty (P&C) broking, including corporate risk and personal lines.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships by supporting account servicing, underwriting processes, and claims assistance as needed.
  • Manage and prepare insurance quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and provide governance on the review and verification of policy documents for new cases and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insurance advice, address client inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely information to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Assist in Property and Casualty (P&C) broking, including corporate risk and personal lines.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Degree or diploma holder with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e., IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance broking, including corporate and commercial sectors.
  • Good understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly driven and energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
