Pay Range
$51.05 - $76.60Major Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality analysis and reporting.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the analytics team.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure all analytics and reporting activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue cycle processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and recommend solutions to optimize revenue cycle workflows, reduce denials, and improve collections.
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and continuously seek further improvement opportunities.
Development, implement, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycle.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations to senior management and other stakeholders
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Significant experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
Certification / Registration / License
Epic Cogito certification needs to be obtained within 90 days, and
Epic Clarity Data Model certification needs to be obtained within 120 days, and
Epic Revenue Data Model certification needs to be obtained within 180 days, and
Epic Access Data Model certification needs to be obtained within 180 days
Work Experience
Typically requires 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Expert with Microsoft products.
Expert with EHR workflows and reporting.
Expert with writing SQL queries.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group and balance multiple priorities while consistently completing tasks in a rigorous goal-oriented manner.
Demonstrated strong analytical and logical thinking, creativity, self-reliance, communication skills and ability to effectively integrate varied components of a system.
Team player with a positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service and a desire to learn healthcare related systems and business processes.
Expert in data visualization concepts.
Requires very little supervision, self-starter, solution oriented.
Proven ability to create and maintain dashboards/reports intended to summarize data for multiple audiences.
Expert in performing independent analysis on key organizational, financial, and operational metrics.
Expert in the ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Ability to create elaborate and concise documentation and deliverables to support education and presentation efforts.
Strong customer service skills.
Highly organized and accountable.
Effective in developing customer relationships and an active listener.
Exceptional communication from an oral and written perspective.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience
6+ years of experience in relevant field, with majority of those years being in a leadership position.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with Epic systems, relevant Patient Accounting Systems, and/or demonstrated knowledge of Cash Posting processes.
