ABOUT THE ROLE
Join SC Johnson’s dynamic Lifestyle Brands (LSB) business unit and lead a powerful cross‑functional engine that brings innovation to life. As the head of our System and Projects Coordination (SPC) team—spanning Racine and San Francisco—you’ll shape the future of how LSB commercializes products in a fast‑moving, highly matrixed environment.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic force driving a renewed vision and roadmap across business and technology teams. You’ll lead the design and execution of LSB’s master data strategy (MDM), ensuring excellence in customer master data, product lifecycle data, and the processes that enable supply chain resiliency and innovation delivery.
You’ll be a hands‑on master data expert while also guiding the end‑to‑end setup of new products, overseeing commercialization workflows, and facilitating critical cross‑functional forums that keep projects moving and teams aligned. You’ll also define and embed new ways of working to elevate global project execution—occasionally stepping in to directly manage high‑visibility, complex initiatives that shape LSB’s long‑term success.
Your leadership will extend into supply chain coordination, where you’ll streamline decision‑making, anticipate challenges, and accelerate speed‑to‑market for NPDs. You’ll also oversee resources managing special packs across all North America brands, ensuring operational excellence.
Additionally, you’ll steward the global C.R.E.A.T.E. project management system, driving its evolution to remain globally relevant, efficient, and insightful through optimized operations and reporting. Your influence will also support strategic marketing activities, ensuring projects are flawlessly planned and executed to maximize distribution and business impact.
This role is ideal for someone energized by complexity, passionate about transformation, and ready to lead a team that sits at the heart of innovation delivery for some of the world’s most loved consumer brands.
