OnsiteOverview : This role is a high-impact individual contributor position responsible for strengthening SIOP and MPS process maturity at the site. The incumbent will work closely with the Site Materials Head and cross-functional teams to drive planning stability, execution discipline, and attainment improvements across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
The role will act as a process architect and execution enabler, ensuring robust governance, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable improvements in MPS and SIOP outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
SIOP & Long-Range Planning
Drive site level SIOP long-range manpower and resource planning aligned with business outlook, demand scenarios, and capacity constraints.
Support enhancement of SIOP maturity, including demand-supply alignment, scenario planning, and executive-level reviews.
Enable data-backed decision-making through structured analysis and planning models.
MPS Stability & Planning Excellence
Improve MPS stability across short-term (0–4 weeks) and mid-term (1–3 months) horizons.
Identify and eliminate drivers of MPS volatility through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Establish and monitor MPS adherence and freeze discipline.
Execution Governance (Daily / Weekly)
Drive On-Time Start (OTS) and On-Time Finish (OTF) governance through daily and weekly cadence reviews.
Track execution slippages, constraint impacts, and recovery plans in collaboration with Operations, SCM, and Materials teams.
Strengthen planning-to-execution linkages to ensure schedule credibility.
Performance & Attainment Improvement
Lead initiatives to improve MPS attainment, schedule adherence, and execution predictability.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and analytics to monitor key KPIs and trends.
Support continuous improvement actions to close gaps between plan vs actuals.
Systems & Analytics Enablement
Leverage SAP and Kinaxis (RapidResponse) for planning analysis, simulations, and performance tracking.
Build advanced Excel-based models, macros, and automation to enable efficient planning, reporting, and governance.
Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and standardization across planning processes.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with strong exposure to planning, scheduling, and execution governance.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Kinaxis (RapidResponse) planning systems.
Advanced Excel proficiency (Level 5), including macros, complex formulas, and automation.
Strong understanding of SIOP, MPS, capacity planning, and production execution processes.
Proven ability to work independently in an individual contributor role while influencing cross-functional teams.
