Job Summary**

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Intern to support various aspects of our supply chain operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the efficiency of our logistics and procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the analysis of supply chain data, including inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance.
* Support the procurement team with tasks such as supplier communication, order tracking, and documentation.
* Contribute to inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and reconciliation.
* Help optimize logistics processes, potentially including transportation planning and warehouse operations.
* Participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
* Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain metrics and project progress.
* Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain team to support daily operations.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of supply chain principles and concepts is a plus.
* Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
* Availability to work full-time or part-time, as per the internship program requirements.
