Manager, People Process Specialists – EMEA

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Major Function

As our new Manager, People Process Specialists (PPS), you will lead and develop the regional PPS team responsible for delivering consistent, compliant, and digitally enabled HR processes across EMEA. A central part of the role is ensuring robust employment law adherence across multiple jurisdictions and providing high-quality employee relations support to managers.

You will safeguard compliance, drive the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools (Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot), and strengthen manager self-service. The role also acts as the regional subject-matter expert on HR process governance and general labor law matters, helping ensure a reliable and consistent employee experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional PPS team, ensuring strong performance, prioritization, and consistent service delivery across all EMEA countries.
• Guide managers and HR colleagues in general employment law topics, including contracts, terminations, working time, leave, documentation requirements, and reporting obligations, in coordination with Legal where needed.
• Oversee the employee relations case flow for the region—ensuring issues are handled fairly, timely, and in alignment with local legislation and company policies.
• Ensure compliant and high-quality HR process execution, with a strong focus on data accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements across country clusters.
• Drive digital and AI-enabled HR tools adoption to automate transactions, enhance compliance, and raise manager self-service maturity.
• Partner closely with HRBPs, CoEs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to secure seamless, end-to-end HR processes.
• Monitor HR data quality, process performance, and risk indicators; translate insights into corrective actions and operational improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for standardization, reduction of country-specific variations, and process simplification across EMEA.

Your New Team

You will lead a regional group of People Process Specialists who execute and improve HR processes in close collaboration with HRBPs, CoEs, Payroll, and HR Systems & Insights. The team is a key driver of compliance, digital enablement, and high-quality employee and manager support across the region.

You will report to the Head of PPS Globally.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with employment law topics across multiple EMEA countries, with the ability to translate complex rules into pragmatic guidance.
• Extensive experience in HR operations, shared services, or employee relations in a multinational context.
• Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters, including sensitive or complex cases.
• Experience leading regional or cross-country HR teams.
• Strong expertise in Workday and ServiceNow; familiarity with AI-enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot, automation, chatbots) is an advantage.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation, process optimization, and operational compliance.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data integrity and legal adherence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across HR, business, Legal, and technology teams.
