Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do?

  • Very good approach to business needs with focus on revenue and portfolio development.
  • As a Field Sales Manager, additional role as a partnership portfolio developer with focus on creating business space.
  • Well-developed understanding of the skills involved in opening and closing a sale in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrable over-achievement against target experience in a direct sales area, role, in business-to-business marketplace, that is primarily focused on new business acquisition.

Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, to collaborate across the business and support strategy achievement, and in making critical recommendations, decisions and prioritisation.

Well-developed understanding of internal/external sales process, negotiation techniques, demonstrated success and achievement, and performance personal management with focus on sales target realization.

Setting achievable yet stretching plans of how to grow the vertical over short and long term. Leading via a high-performance focused approach to deliver strong results in a measured way.

4. Talent Development & Engagement

Proven ability in support of sales training and coaching individuals in sales competencies and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, with an ability to identify positive and negative qualities and abilities.

Appropriately identify and manage risks, in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and with Company Policy.

6.  Ethics and Trust

Qualifications Required to perform your Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations.
  • Strong marketing and business development/sales skills.
  • Well-developed negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
