Manager, People & Culture – Strategic Projects


We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our People & Culture team in a role that blends strategic impact with executive-level support. As Manager, People & Culture – Strategic Projects, you will work directly with the Chief People & Culture Officer and the SVP, Global Corporate P&C to deliver comprehensive analysis to support executive problem-solving, design executive presentations and project manage strategic P&C initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

In addition to this strategic work, you will provide day-to-day HR Business Partnering support to employees in our Miami office, collaborating with our Toronto corporate office Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain visibility at the highest levels of the company while making a tangible difference locally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Partner with the CP&C Officer and SVP, Global Corporate P&C to manage and execute strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership meetings and board updates.
  • Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with People & Culture goals.
  • Support the development of organizational strategies, talent initiatives, and change programs.

Business Partnering for Miami Corporate Office

  • Collaborate with the Toronto corporate office HR Business Partners to provide day to day HR support for the Miami corporate office teams, including onboarding, employee-life cycle business process execution, execution of local engagement programing, and employee relations.
  • Act as a liaison between local leadership and the global P&C team to ensure consistency in policies and cultural initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging employee experience.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree required.
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience on projects where significant qualitative and quantitative analysis is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation design skills for senior audiences.
  • While HR Business Partner experience is a plus, the ideal candidate must have an interest in providing day to day HR support.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.
