What will you be doing?

  • Design and deliver impactful education programs: Create and manage in-person and virtual training for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Orthopedics (Recon and Trauma), ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt global content for local needs: Customize educational materials to meet regional requirements and integrate evidence-based practices.
  • Drive blended learning strategies: Incorporate digital platforms, simulations, and LMS tools to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Engage faculty and KOLs: Implement faculty selection and development processes, fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Clinical teams to align education initiatives with business goals.
  • Measure impact and manage budgets: Conduct needs assessments, monitor program effectiveness, and manage budgets to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Innovate in digital education: Leverage webinars, live-streamed events, and on-demand learning to expand accessibility and improve learner experience.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory, ethical, and industry standards in all educational activities.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare-related degree preferred. Background in Orthopedics, medical devices, or healthcare education is a plus.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in medical education, training, or related healthcare fields. Experience in instructional design, HCP training, or CME is valuable.
  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of Orthopedic procedures and products.
  • Skills and competencies:
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
    • Customer-focused mindset and business acumen.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital education tools.
  • Preferred experience: Sales/marketing exposure within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
