WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a tactical marketing plan aligned with our Nordic and NEE strategy. This role aims to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring brand growth and Axis position as the market leader. This position will be based in Lund and lead our Sweden-based marketing team (people), driving activities that contribute to sales growth, expand brand presence, and establish the company as a thought leader in key market segments. The Marketing Manager executes strategies to grow the business in security and beyond, generating demand, and building strong relationships with our key target audiences. This role requires working closely with sales, training, engineer and other regional functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute the regional marketing plan in alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy and budget
• Contribute to the development of the regional marketing strategy and provide input to the yearly marketing plan
• Drive activities that contribute to sales growth, expands brand presence, and establishes thought leadership in key market segments

Team Management:

• Lead and manage the regional marketing team to achieve short-term and long-term goals and objectives
• Develop, lead, and coach the team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and conducting annual reviews

PR&Communication:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising PR & communications across the Nordic region
• Ownership of the case study process proactively finding new opportunites for new case studies
• Creation, monitoring and development of the regional communication calendar
• Source and Manage content – including briefing responsibilities to enable agencies to write and publish
• Create strategy to ensure social media integrates with all marketing activities

Marketing Operations:

• Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns in the region
• Oversee the region's marketing budget and optimize allocation and Return On Investment (ROI)
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with regional, global marketing and sales teams to execute local marketing plans
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's image and values internally and externally
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant regional functions are kept informed of marketing activities

Project Management:

• Act as Project Manager for specific projects

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We would love to hear that you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management including people management, preferably in the IT/Security/B2B industry
• Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on developing 360-degree marketing plans
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Flexible team player, open to changes and willing to communicate
• High level of self-initiative, self-motivation
