About the Role:
Build and strengthen relationships with investors, developers, occupiers, and cross-border partners in the L&I sector.
Identify new business opportunities and support end-to-end transactions, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Provide market insights, property options, and advisory support in Mandarin/Chinese and English to enhance client experience.
Coordinate site visits, proposal preparation, negotiations, and documentation with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare Mandarin-language presentations, materials, and client communications to support Thai and regional L&I pipelines.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Logistics, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in industrial real estate, business development, or commercial advisory roles.
Fluent in Mandarin with strong spoken and written English; experience working with overseas clients preferred.
Strong networking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
