Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage partner relationships and develop growth initiatives while maintaining a budget. Maintain Partner Service Levels and service delivery metrics.
  • Manage metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and reporting statistical performance levels related to the Contact Center.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of KYC processes, ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and deliver cost-savings solutions ensuring that targets are met
  • Review all invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy of charges and aligned with contract terms including bonuses and penalties
  • Measures, reports and evaluates vendor performance

We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of any course with relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, process management. 
  • Drive for operations excellence, process improvement and resiliency to manage multiple initiatives. 
  • Ability to create client ready presentations and drive related structuring and research independently, can take lead in structuring analysis with some guidance.
