Manager, In-Home Service Network Performance

The In-Home Service Network Performance Manager is a lead role ensuring quality of service across the entirety of the Assurant Field Service Network. Reporting to the Network Capacity Director, the NPM will lead a team of 2 Client Support Specialists responsible for performance monitoring, network justification, vendor compliance, vendor status updates and onboarding, network communications and policy/process documentation. The Network Performance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining effective and scalable business processes to efficiently identify, document and correct out of compliant or underperforming behaviors.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining service provider compliance, communication, procedures and process documentation for entire field service network
  • Analyze QOS performance across network to identify opportunities for corrective action and/or network status updates.  Consistently monitor network volume and demand to justify/optimize provider portfolio
  • Provide Vendor Partner support via Departmental Mailbox, Dispatch Platform,  Compliance reports, and internal collaboration to ensure continuity in capacity and availability
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies
  • Serve as primary network contact to resolve Executive and Customer escalations, status updates, and inquiries

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations
  • Prior Team Management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  • Travel up to 20%

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in service operations within the wireless or in-home industry
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluation
  • Familiarity with kaizen and lean methodologies

Pay Range:

$74,600.00 - $124,700.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
