Joining at a pivotal moment of transformation, this role is the end-to-end owner of field HR business partnership outcomes across multiple brands and locations. The Manager, Field HRBP is not an administrative processor; this is a strategic HR leader and advisor responsible for shaping employee experience, talent outcomes, and leader capability in the field organization.
The Manager, Field Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) leads people strategies and HR execution across multiple field locations and brands. Operating as a trusted advisor to field leaders, this role balances employee advocacy with business outcomes—driving engagement, performance, and compliance while building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
This role directly impacts Signet’s ability to build and sustain high-performing field teams while delivering a consistent, inclusive employee experience across brands and locations. When done well, you will:
Improve leader effectiveness and decision quality through strong coaching, guidance, and problem-solving
Strengthen culture, engagement, and retention through proactive HR partnership and consistent practices
Employee Relations & Leader Coaching
Reduce risk and increase compliance by ensuring disciplined application of policies, investigations, and employment law
HR Programs, Policy & Compliance
Deploy and reinforce HR programs and policies, ensuring consistent application and compliance across all locations.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify risks, surface insights, and recommend improvements that support business priorities.
Culture, Engagement & Inclusion
Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the field organization.
Partner with leaders to reinforce culture expectations, recognize performance, and address root causes impacting morale and retention.
Leader Development & Team Leadership
Design and deliver training and development solutions for field leaders and team members.
Lead and develop a team of Field HRBPs to deliver consistent HR support across assigned brands and locations.
Establish an operating rhythm with field leaders to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure follow-through on people action plans.
Experience & Successful Profile
Demonstrated success partnering with multi-site or field-based leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across employee relations, engagement initiatives, and business-driven talent needs.
Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations and delivering recommendations grounded in policy and employment law.
Ability to influence at multiple levels, including coaching senior field leaders through complex people decisions.
Comfort using HR systems and metrics to diagnose trends, track progress, and drive action.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and leader coaching.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel to field locations as needed.
Experience supporting distributed teams and leaders across multiple locations and/or brands.
