Manager Growth Marketing

Join us on the Acquisition Marketing team at a data-driven, hyper-growth startup that is dedicated to helping bring gorgeous, lasting, high-quality hair color to everyone. We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in designing and executing highly effective campaigns on digital platforms. This individual will serve as the catalyst for the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our lines of business across biddable media channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of paid social strategy, campaign setup and reporting, and has an extreme growth mindset.

This role reports to the Sr Manager, Growth Marketing, is full time and remote. While remote, this role may travel up less than 5% of the time. 

The base salary range for this position is between 120k-125k. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Support new customer acquisition being driven mainly through management of our Paid Social channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, emerging channels, etc.) and with opportunity to support display, video, and offline channels like Radio, Direct Mail, TV
  • Lead campaign implementation and execution through close collaboration with both external vendors and agencies, as well as internal teams
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies on launching new campaigns, creative testing, implementing/QA’ing tagging and tracking, and monitoring performance to continue growth and success of existing and new acquisition programs
  • Work closely with internal teams such as creative, analytics, product – to compose briefs and establish timelines, create and distribute assets, execute creative and site testing, identify customer behavior, etc. - to achieve acquisition goals
  • Build and maintain performance reporting and analysis across all Acquisition channels – aggregate and analyze data from a variety of sources (vendor reporting, Google Analytics, internal database, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify insights into customer behavior
  • Implement and monitor testing initiatives that employ A/B and multivariate testing models to targeting, creative, and other campaign elements in order to maximize KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with 5+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience (with at least 1 year of recent experience).
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns from scratch, driving KPIs like CPA, CPM, CAC, and LTV.
  • Experience leading creative testing strategies for performance marketing across Facebook and Instagram, particularly for DTC or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong project management experience, collaborating remotely with creative teams (including project managers and copywriters) using tools such as Monday.com, Slack, and Google Docs.
  • Proficient in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker)
  • Solid experience with budget management in the six-figure per month range, alongside strong analytical and statistical skills for reporting and insights.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a positive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.
