What will your responsibilities be?
Own and govern the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process at a global level, helping to define how the process should work and evolve across the company.
The primary process ownership is focused on Accounts Payable teams, while working closely with Purchasing to ensure strong end-to-end alignment across the PTP process.
Drive global process standardization, ensuring consistency while taking into account different IT systems and regional requirements.
Act as project coordinator and/or process owner for statutory-driven process changes and initiatives, such as e‑invoicing and other regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and compliant implementation across regions.
Partner with stakeholders across regions and business centers, aligning on priorities and creating a shared roadmap for process improvements.
Lead continuous process improvements, proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate PTP activities.
Work closely with IT teams to deliver intelligent automation and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Act as a business advisor for PTP-related topics, solving problems, providing expert guidance, and supporting the organization with clear recommendations.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantage
4+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with solid exposure to business processes and finance systems is advantage
Experience in a shared services or global environment, with at least 2 years in a role involving coordination, leadership, or ownership of activities (prior people management is not required)
Hands‑on experience with projects or change initiatives, such as finance transformation, process improvements, or system implementations
Self‑driven and assertive mindset, with the ability to take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and deliver results in a complex, matrix organization
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple topics, knowing when to dive into details and when to delegate or rely on subject‑matter experts (SMEs)
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior leaders, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes
Innovative and improvement‑focused, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a practical, solution‑oriented approach
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex topics and align diverse stakeholders
Project management skills are an advantage

Base monthly salary starting from 2400 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
