A little bit about our team:

The Finance department at Atlantic Records is responsible for making data-driven strategic decisions to improve the company’s financial performance. This requires a thorough understanding of the music business as well as close partnership with executives across all departments at the label. On a day-to-day basis, the Finance department is responsible for accurately managing the company’s financial position. Key activities include budgeting, forecasting, deal structuring, and various P&L and balance sheet analyses.

Your role:

This position will be responsible for supporting all functions under the VP of Finance, with a primary focus on preparation and analysis of various revenue reports for forecasting and budgeting purposes. In addition, the position will help to build and assess the profitability of various artist and label deals using internal P&L and IRR models, as well as own other ad-hoc analyses. The role will reward individuals who are looking to develop an executive skill set due to the rigor required and broad organizational exposure offered.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Partner cross-functionally to build artist release schedules and translate them into dynamic, bottom-up revenue forecasts
  • Own monthly revenue tracking and variance analysis across streaming, physical, licensing, and other key income streams
  • Identify performance trends and market data to continuously refine forecast accuracy
  • Develop and enhance data tools and reporting infrastructure to better integrate analytics into the forecasting process
  • Collaborate on new deal evaluation and integration into forecast models
  • Interface directly with senior executives, distilling complex revenue data into clear, high-level insights

About you:

  • Strong foundation in P&L management, financial statements, cash flow dynamics, and NPV/IRR analysis
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments requiring high-quality, high-impact delivery under tight timelines
  • Builds trusted cross-functional partnerships and communicates effectively with senior leadership
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a proven ability to identify issues and drive resolution
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including VBA and efficiency-driven modeling techniques
  • Experienced in analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Equally effective working independently and collaboratively within team settings

We’d love it if you also had:

  • BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 5+ years of finance-related experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, business development, or other analytical role
  • Knowledge of the music/media industry preferred

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
