Manager Customer Advanced Quality
We are seeking an experienced Customer Advanced Quality Manager to lead and develop our Customer Advanced Quality Engineers (CAQE) team. In this role, you will manage a team of 8–10 professionals, driving world-class quality in advanced automotive technologies. You will play a key role in mitigating design risks, ensuring successful program launches, and embedding Built-In Quality principles across projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative products.
Your Role:
Lead and develop the CAQE team, including training plans and performance evaluations.
Drive issue escalations, remove roadblocks, and support the team in achieving objectives.
Plan and monitor APQP processes and customer-specific requirements.
Support program launches through audits, readiness reviews, and customer visits.
Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality leadership.
Your Background:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience in automotive quality.
8–10 years in automotive industry, including product launch.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of APQP, PDP, and OEM-specific requirements (preferred).
