Project Mgmt, Transformation & Strategy - Project Mgmt, Transformation & StrategyWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as Manager, Business Delivery. Reporting to the Vice President, Retirement Strategies Business Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact initiatives, accelerating growth, and delivering best-in-class experiences across Prudential’s Retirement Strategies portfolio.
Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead or co-lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with transparency and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners.
Manage Projects on Behalf of the Retirement Strategies Chief of Staff: Develop and execute strategic projects working closely with the business’ Chief of Staff. These include our Balanced Scorecard – a key measurement device that ensures alignment and transparency across our business – and our Learning Hub.
Reinsurance Execution: Manage end-to-end reinsurance transactions—from assessment through structuring and implementation—focused on pricing optimization, capital efficiency, and transaction effectiveness.
Framework Development: Design and implement structured approaches for strategic planning, execution, and risk management to drive business objectives.
Thought Leadership: Provide expertise on growth strategies, reinsurance constructs, and transaction mechanics to inform decision-making and execution.
Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate challenges and drive strategic success.
Agile Enablement: Champion business agility by integrating agile practices, streamlining processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
AI-Driven Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements using AI technologies to modernize operations and foster continuous innovation.
Industry Experience: 5–7 years in retirement-focused financial services preferred; strong preference for annuity and reinsurance experience.
Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels.
Strategic & Agile Mindset: Skilled in balancing traditional (Waterfall) and modern (Agile) methodologies to accelerate outcomes.
Program Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across projects, programs, or portfolios.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Because much of the work you will do with the Chief of Staff will be in one or both of these programs, mastery of them is a must.
Adaptability & Drive: Operates effectively in ambiguity, adapts to change, and drives results independently and collaboratively.
Inclusive Leadership: Fosters a culture of inclusion, respect, and diverse perspectives.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences.
Detail Orientation: Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
AI Literacy: Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to enhance business processes and maintain a competitive edge.
