What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.
Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
Make decisions to resolve complex problems and develop new options independently in ambiguous situations.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Proficient in Power Automate for workflow automation and integration, with experience in creating and managing flows to streamline business processes.
Skilled in developing and deploying Power BI Paginated Reports, with a strong understanding of data visualization, report design, and the ability to connect to various data sources.
Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Query.
Maintain and support best practices in Power BI and Power Query for the site.
Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of
experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Strong background in various Information Technology practices
Proven expertise in business processes within the pharmaceutical industry
Comprehensive understanding of the drug development process
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to manage or coordinate large, complex activities across disciplines
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Proficiency in System Application & Products
Deep understanding of core solutions deployed at the site
Experience in developing and delivering training programs for Information Management systems
