Manager, AECO Partner Management
The Manager, AECO Partner Management is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the AECO Professional Services partner ecosystem. This role focuses on strengthening delivery partnerships that expand implementation capacity, support customer success, and enable scalable services delivery across AECO solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Director, AECO Americas Professional Services & Customer Onboarding, this role will manage relationships with strategic implementation and consulting partners, ensuring alignment with delivery standards, implementation methodologies, and customer expectations.
As the AECO partner ecosystem continues to grow, this position will support the evolution of the current AEC partner delivery model while helping establish a similar structure and support model for Owner & Public Sector (O&PS) partners. The goal is to ensure consistent partner engagement, enablement, and delivery expectations across both segments.
The Manager will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to position service opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and support the successful delivery of partner-led services engagements.
Manages relationships with AECO Professional Services partners supporting implementation and services delivery.
Develops and maintains trusted partnerships with strategic services partners to support the growth of AECO solutions.
Serves as a primary point of contact for partners regarding services delivery expectations, collaboration models, and engagement processes.
Works closely with partner leadership to identify opportunities to expand delivery capacity and strengthen services collaboration.
Ensures partner engagement aligns with customer success goals and AECO services delivery expectations.
Supports the development and evolution of the AECO Professional Services partner delivery program, ensuring partners are positioned to successfully deliver implementation and services engagements.
Helps establish scalable partner delivery frameworks that support the entire AECO market.
Works with internal teams to define partner delivery standards, engagement models, and operational collaboration processes that ensure alignment with AECO implementation methodologies and services expectations.
Collaborates closely with Learning & Enablement to establish partner onboarding, certification, and training pathways that prepare partners to successfully deliver AECO solutions.
Ensures partners maintain alignment with Professional Services delivery standards, certification requirements, and implementation best practices.
Identifies partner capability gaps and works with internal teams to improve partner readiness through targeted enablement, training, and operational improvements.
Monitors the effectiveness of the partner delivery program and recommends improvements that strengthen delivery consistency, partner engagement, and customer outcomes.
Works with Partner Sales teams to support partner-facing sales engagements and position professional services delivery opportunities.
Collaborates with Professional Services leadership to ensure partner-delivered implementations align with established delivery methodologies and operational expectations.
Coordinates with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure partners are appropriately engaged to support customer adoption and growth.
Acts as a liaison between internal services teams and partners to ensure operational alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
Partners with Learning & Enablement leadership to ensure partner certification paths and onboarding training align with AECO delivery methodologies.
Ensures partners complete the appropriate implementation training, product certification, and onboarding programs required to deliver services successfully.
Collaborates with Learning & Enablement to continuously evolve ongoing partner training programs based on delivery feedback, product changes, and services best practices.
Ensures partners maintain alignment with AECO implementation methodologies, service delivery expectations, and certification requirements.
Identifies opportunities to expand the AECO partner services ecosystem to support market growth.
Supports the development and evolution of the AECO Professional Services partner delivery strategy and operational frameworks that enable partners to scale services delivery effectively.
Monitors partner engagement success and identifies opportunities to improve collaboration, delivery alignment, and partner performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, consulting operations, or software implementation environments.
Experience working with implementation partners, consulting firms, or channel partners supporting enterprise software delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting software implementations or professional services delivery programs.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Sales, Services, and Partner teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%to participate in partner meetings, support partner sales engagements, position professional services delivery opportunities, and grow partner professional services relationships.
Experience within AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner) industries.
Experience working with partner ecosystems supporting enterprise software or construction technology platforms.
Experience supporting or developing partner enablement or services delivery programs.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
