We are seeking a Manager – Aetna Claim Adjudication System (ACAS) Provider Contract Testing to join our Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE). This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day testing operations for provider and commercial contracts, ensuring SLA adherence, inventory tracking, and seamless coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs) and analysts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage daily testing operations, ensuring smooth execution of all planned activities.
  • Track and maintain inventory of test cases, environments, and data sets.

SLA Management:

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for testing deliverables.
  • Identify risks to timelines and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between testing teams, SMEs, and business analysts.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and maintain delivery quality.

Governance & Reporting:

  • Maintain governance standards for testing processes and documentation.
  • Prepare and present operational metrics and status reports to leadership.

Issue Management:

  • Handle escalations promptly and ensure timely resolution of defects and blockers.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key attributes include:

  • 3+ years in testing operations, quality assurance, or related functions.
  • 3 + years of proven experience in managing day-to-day operations and SLA compliance.
  • 3 + years of proficiency in tracking tools and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare domain, provider contracts, and claims systems.
  • Experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
