Major Duties:
Qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-12) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized Experience For The GS-13 Is Defined As: Managing a Government Travel Charge Card Program within DoD and experience working within a Defense Travel System (DTS). Examples Of Specialized Experience Includes: Having access to and utilizing the contractors Management and Reporting Systems (CCMS) (CCRS). Provide training to Agency Program Coordinators (APCs) and customer service to inquiries concerning the GTCC program. Briefing management with regard to GTCC program issues, maintaining metric data, monitoring of audits, delinquency, misuse and the reconciliation of the agencies centrally billed travel card accounts (CBAs). ** To verify you meet the time-in-grade requirement, please provide a copy of a recent SF-50 that shows you have completed at least 52 weeks at the next lower grade level. Examples of qualifying SF-50s include: Within-Grade Increase (WGI) Promotion Any SF-50, if its effective date allows a specialist to calculate 52 weeks of service. (The effective date is in the upper-right corner of the SF-50)** You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. The Security Designation will vary and dependent upon position and may require a secret clearance or higher. Employment in this position requires a background investigation which may delay starting date.
