As a Management Associate, you will step through a leadership gateway into the management of a world-class university, gaining the strategic exposure and cross-functional expertise required to lead in the evolving higher education landscape.

The Programme Experience

Over a 24-month structured journey, you will build a holistic understanding of organisational management through:

  • Strategic Rotations: Lead and participate in projects across two pivotal corporate functions (e.g., Finance, IT, Sustainability, Communications, or Academic Services) to gain hands-on experience and a broad view of university operations.

  • External Secondment: Enhance your versatility with a 6-month posting to a partner organisation, bringing fresh cross-industry perspectives back to NTU.

  • Executive Mentorship: Access one-on-one guidance from NTU senior leaders, gaining a unique vantage point on high-level decision-making.

  • Global Exposure: Expand your professional network through overseas learning journeys focused on international best practices.

  • Targeted Progression: Upon completion of programme, transit into a permanent corporate role that aligns your strengths with the University’s strategic priorities.
