Maintenance Technician - Golice

Maintenance Technician for the Golice Wind Farm to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of turbine operations through regular maintenance, timely issue resolution, and system upgrades. This role directly supports the long-term performance of the wind farm while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.

• Degree/Training:  Electromechanical, electrical or mechanical engineer or technician 
• Additional Training:  driving licence cat. B; preferable: electrical certif. SEP, UDT for elevators and hoists, GWO certificate (WAH, FAid)  
• Profile:  An engineer or technician with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, preferably with knowledge of control systems, hydraulics, electronics, and general mechanical principles.
• The candidate demonstrates an independent and well-organized approach to work, combined with flexibility and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task execution.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work at heights are essential for wind turbine maintenance.
• A valid Category B driving license is required for travel to and between wind farm sites.
• Additionally, a communicative level of English is necessary for understanding technical documentation and collaborating within an international team.
• Preferable a person living close to GOLICE wind farm (max 30 mins by car). 
• Languages/Level:  Local language (Polish); English - Pre-intermediate A2 (Understands sentences and frequently-used expressions related to the work. Maintains simple communication in daily situations with commonly used expressions and vocabulary related to the work. Understands the technical documentation in English) 
• Years/Areas experience required:  preferable experience in industry
• Availability to work in 2 shifts
