Loyalty Manager, Royal Copenhagen

You’ll join a dynamic Central Europe team spanning eCommerce, Business Analytics, Loyalty and Marketing Activation with responsibility for Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen and Iittala. We collaborate closely, support each other, and are deeply passionate about our brands — while also knowing how to have fun throughout the day.
The Position
A 11-month maternity cover from preferable February 1st – December 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily loyalty operations and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and seamless integration across eCommerce and retail
· Drive member growth, engagement and retention, strengthening sales performance and customer lifetime value
· Analyze and report on loyalty performance, using insights to optimize campaigns, conversion and corrective actions
· Collaborate with marketing, retail and global teams to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experiences
· Contribute to strategic program development, bringing forward ideas that enhance brand desirability, loyalty impact and sales
Your Profile
· 5+ years’ experience in CRM, loyalty or customer engagement, ideally within premium or lifestyle brands
· Commercial and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into measurable business results
· Creative and structured, combining conceptual thinking with copywriting and storytelling skills to design loyalty programs that build advocacy and brand strength
· Strong communicator and collaborator, skilled in stakeholder management across markets and functions
· Hands-on and proactive, with a results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects from idea to implementation
You are a true team player with strong drive, excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken, is required, including great grammar skills.
