Logistics Warehouse Representative

The Logistics Warehouse Representative plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and timely material flow to support our global clinical operations. Supports the day to day warehouse, receiving & shipping tasks. Performs and handles all kinds of processes in the area and creates related documentation according to established guidelines

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain accurate and consistent inventory records within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • Ensure stock accuracy within assigned warehouse areas
  • Perform routine data entry and complete process‑related documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback with internal stakeholders, including Administration and Telecom teams
  • Support strategies to improve pick/pack efficiency and warehouse processes
  • Assist with ERP system testing as part of system enhancements or development lifecycle activities
  • Participate in internal and external supply chain and departmental meetings as needed
  • Perform inventory counts and system bookings within the ERP system
  • Coordinate material flow between internal and external warehouse locations
  • Pick, stage, and commission work orders and sales orders
  • Receive, unpack, and process incoming inventory materials and supplies
  • Prepare shipments by packing, weighing, and labeling goods in accordance with specifications and guidelines
  • Coordinate shipping schedules to ensure efficiency and on‑time delivery

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operations
  • Apprenticeship or professional training in logistics, forwarding, or industrial environments is a plus
  • 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or an industrial/administrative environment preferred
  • Experience with inventory control and quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, independently and cross‑functionally
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work additional hours as needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • ERP system experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both as a team member and an individual contributor
