Logistics Specialist

Your role:

  • To manage PC&L activities for current and new Business including Aftermarket.

  • Control/ improve deliveries and providing services to customers from the point of view of logistics.

  • Provide leadership in the management of material flow systems, best business practices, policies & procedures for Local APTIV operations.

  • Coordinate/ process engineering changes and customer cancellations

  • To join targets & KPI defined by Customer PC&L manager Stellantis & RN

  • Ensure that all logistics operations (import, export, shipment etc.) comply with international and local laws and Aptiv procedures

  • Monitor and improve on time deliveries to APTIV’s customers

  • To optimize value chain for France business, Processes and Interfaces, Sils & Warehouses.

  • Manage inventory control activities and achieve inventory targets

  • To be the interface for all logistic aspects to manage and support Back office.

  • Support all “Lean activities“EOS” “OSA” DRP “QVC” , Audit & pilot to follow S&W with support of ALL PC&L Team

  • Manage PC&L system errors/ tracking issues

  • To manage all Logistics sheet cost reduction and new implementation of new program (FCLA…)

  • Periodical reporting, acc. requested reports timetable

  • To steer PC&L team CSC, BO, Plants to be aligned with target defined.

  • Re-asses the Material Flows/Manufacturing Activities to/at SILS & Warehouses Centers

  • Meet Quality and Service Performance Goals defined by Customer and Aptiv Customer PC&L Manager

  • Initiate and implement actions to reach PC&L budget

  • Initiate and implement actions to obtain PC&L targets/goal

MANAGEMENT:

  • To manage customer quotation with Flow 3-4 for logistic aspect with PC&L staff & Sales

  • organization.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

  • His dedicated personnel is selected, supervised, motivated and judged according their

  • position and possibilities.

  • PBP revue on time.

Your background:

  • Master or equivalent on Management logistics procurement & delivery on ‘Just In Time’

  • Management experience on logistics aspects

  • Manufacturing background Project experience

  • Supply chains background: procurement, production planification, advanced Warehouses/Synchronious management, distribution, logistic customer interface.

  • IT : very good MS Office & SAP skills

  • Motivate to travel

  • Language: English/French written and talking

  • Team player
