We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our carsharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.

<gh-responsibilities>

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

<point>Coordinate - Coordinate Bolt Drive operations in Berlin</point>
<point>Manage - The team of 12 Vehicle Specialists</point>
<point>Delegate tasks - you will delegate tasks appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field</point>
<point>Monitor - Your team's daily KPIs and performance, and find ways to improve their efficiency</point>
<point>Resolve - Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team</point>
<point>Manage - The relationship with our 3PL cleaning partners and coordinate quality checks from our Vehicle Specialists</point>
<point>Create and optimize processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run carsharing operations</point>

<point>You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German</point>
<point>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.</point>
<point>You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills</point>
<point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
<point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment.</point>
