Your role at Clorox:

The Clorox Company is seeking a qualified candidate for our Logistics Process Lead position at our Aberdeen, MD facility. This facility uses automated packaging equipment and utilities to manufacture and distribute Clorox Liquid Bleach products. The Logistics Process Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing distribution and warehouse operations using SAP EWM in a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, safe operations, and compliance with quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and plant initiatives. The role operates with general direction from the Team Manager and provides daily leadership to team members.

Starting hourly rate: $40.62 with opportunities to advance through a skill-based pay system.

Rotational Shifts: (1st, 2nd, 3rd)-1st shift: (7am – 3:30pm) 2nd shift: (3pm – 11:30pm), 3rd shift: (11pm – 7:30am). Flexibility with overtime on a as business needs arise.

In this role, you will:

The purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate distribution productivity, training, maintenance and improvements to all equipment and areas, to meet department objectives, and improve overall department performance.

•    Support and coordinate daily warehouse, dock, and distribution operations across all shifts.
•    Manage SAP EWM processes, inventory accuracy, production entries, and issue escalatio.n
•    Ensure compliance with safety, quality, maintenance, and security requirements
•    Support and drive Team Performance, Tier Management, CMS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Train, coach, and develop team members across Skill Levels 1–3.
•    Coordinate staffing, overtime coverage, contractor work, and vendor activities.
•    Facilitate team meetings, shift handoffs, and daily operational communications.
•    Track performance metrics, documentation, audits, and recordkeeping requirements.
•    Maintain housekeeping, equipment reliability, and safe material handling (including forklift operation).
•    Support all other duties assigned by Team Manager. 
 

What we look for:


•    Level 4 Skill Block certification with proven performance record.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•    SAP (EWM preferred) and strong computer proficiency.
•    Inventory control and dock operations experience.
•    Demonstrated ability to train, lead teams, and maintain confidentiality.
•    Flexible availability to support rotating shifts and business needs ( Up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing or distribution environment.
•    Advanced SAP experience, including SAP EWM troubleshooting and process optimization.
•    Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution leadership roles.
•    Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, CMS, or Lean initiatives.
•    Strong understanding of inventory management, dock operations, and material flow.
•    Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and outside service providers.
•    Proven ability to analyze operational data, develop reports, and track performance metrics.
•    Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience.
•    Experience supporting multi-shift or 24/5 operations.
