Department Overview: The Logistics team…
What You’ll Do:
• Support in the daily logistics activities
• Support in reporting to the business
• Prepare documentation
• Trace shipments and solve delivery contingencies
• Communicate with other stakeholders (both internal and external)
• Follow up and chase all deliveries with the carriers
• Communicate the status of the freights with the relevant stakeholders
• Create shipping labels for special customer requirements
• Follow up on the return requests and book transfers
• Manage and follow up on necessary documentation You’ll Need to Have:
• Proven experience of Inbound administrational experience
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Flexible and able to cope with changes (new account implementation)
• Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus
• Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude
• Very good team player skills
• Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
• Knowledge of SAP is highly recommended
