Responsibility
1. Make material demand plan and initiate PR and follow up with delivery.
2. Make and adjust yearly target and make sure its realization
3. Monitor the usage of materials. Build up safety stock. Digitalization.
4. Improve departmental operation. Optimization of material management. Lower the cost and improve efficiency
5. Achieve customer satisfaction by collaboration between SCM through lean activities
6. Backup when needed
7. Green warehouse concept. Energy saving actions carry out in warehouse
8. Safety management. Both information and fiscal goods. Set up strict security system and train employees periodically.
9. Other assigned task
Knowledge And Skill
- Good English Level (Spoken & Writing)
- good experience and knowledge management system such as ISO 90001, 13485 so on
- Strong data analysis. Experience in Excel or Power BI (Data analysis tool)
- Logistics professional knowledge including warehouse, import /export
- Proficient in operating ERP, WMS system
- Experience working in cross functional team preferred
- Capability to influence, strong interpersonal communication skill.
