We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator for our logistic site in Badia Polesine who will be supporting the daily warehouse operations by managing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate inventory control, investigating service claims, and contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Key areas of responsibilities
- Investigate warehouse and transportation claims. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that all claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Identify root causes, suggest appropriate corrective actions, follow up with employees and provide reports on claim status.
- Manage inbound and return deviations together with Planning, Warehouse or Customer Service colleagues for investigation and resolution.
- Monitor stock levels and stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Set-up and maintain cycle counting process. Investigate and approve cycle counts and inventory discrepancies. Identify root causes for discrepancies and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
- Support annual physical stock take. Investigate and reconcile variances between physical stock and system records. Document findings.
- Perform stock checks due to product quality issues or claims.
- Analyze warehouse workflows, storage layouts and product placements to identify opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as Local Key User for Oracle. Resolve incidents, setup system parameters, provide support to end users and enforce current processes, escalate issues in system usage, create business reports, manage functionality roll-outs, highlight gaps and present new functionalities, test and sign-off system enhancements etc.
- Act as backup person for the Transportation Planner.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma but higher education in Logistics is an advantage
- Working experience in Warehouse Management Systems
- Working experience with Inventory Management
- Work experience with continuous improvement work
- Driver´s license
- Forklift license, category A, as well as proven driving experience
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Good Microsoft Office skills; Outlook. Excel, Word and Power Point
