职位目标:
负责监督和优化公司与中型连锁药店的关系,在公司政策和要求下推动销售增长与品牌扩展。
主要目标是提升中型连锁客户的满意度,达成区域销售目标,并推动产品的市场渗透。

 

主要工作职责:
1.  实现销售目标:
在公司政策和要求下,确保完成设定的中型连锁客户销售额,通过有效的客户管理与服务提高销售业绩。
2.  维护客户关系:
建立和维护与中型连锁客户的长期合作关系,提供针对性支持与解决方案,以增强客户忠诚度。
3.  制定销售策略:
根据市场和客户需求,制定具体的中型连锁客户销售策略,明确销售目标与关键绩效指标。
4.  实施品牌活动:
组织和推动针对中型连锁客户的品牌推广活动,协调内部资源确保活动的顺利落地,提高品牌知名度。
5.  市场反馈收集:
定期收集和分析客户反馈,挖掘市场变化和客户需求,及时调整销售策略。
6.  跨部门协作:
与市场、销售、财务等部门紧密合作,整合资源落实销售策略,确保公司政策的实施。
7.  编制报告:
准备并提交销售报告,定期向地区销售经理汇报项目进展及市场动态,为决策提供支持。

 

任职条件: 
•  专科及以上学历
•  3年以上销售或客户管理经验,有中型连锁药店管理经验者优先
•  具备基础的市场分析能力和品牌活动管理经验
•  良好的客户谈判和管理能力
•  良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
•  良好的英语听说读写能力
•  熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
