The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows systems.
Provide technical support for incoming customer concerns and issues related to systems, software, and hardware
Respond to customer queries in person, by phone, or via remote support
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to helpdesk requests
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Diagnose and resolve problems
Work with vendor support related to hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
Required:
Must have an up-to-date CompTIA Security+ Certification
Proficient with different type of Linux operating systems specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux. (10 years+)
Experienced with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11, Server 2016, 2019 and 2022)
Experience administrating Windows and Linux systems in the same environment.
Excellent team player while also able to work independently
Work through problem-solving independently and in a team environment
Professional with excellent communication skills Knowledge and understanding of IT hardware and network terminology and concepts
Knowledge of and skill in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
