Position Overview

Applied Materials has an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Legal Operations team and have a hands-on role in the support and optimization of legal technology stack.  We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Support Generalist to join our legal operations team. A focus of this role is to support the legal department’s broad use of SharePoint Online platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) in addition to a legal department’s use and configuration of technology, strong technical aptitude, and the drive to deliver best-in-class support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support SharePoint Online-based applications and workflows to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • In addition to SharePoint Online, contribute toward the success of the legal operations technology team.
  • Learn to support additional legal technology solutions such as TyMetrix and Ironclad CLM platforms, document management and case management solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional support for global users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and experience.
  • At all times, adhere to established business processes and protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience administrating technology platforms in a global, corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing and modifying SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction within a global organization.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in:
    • ServiceNow
    • Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with basic legal concepts and contract terminology.
  • Interface with technology support teams (internal and external) in a timely, productive manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting Document Management and/or Case Management Solutions with varied requirements.
  • Experience supporting Ironclad CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
  • Experience supporting OneTrust or similar risk management and compliance tools.
  • Background in the semiconductor industry.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support projects and team members as needed.
  • Experience supporting and adapting technology for a global legal organization.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
