Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a driven professional to join our Tenant Advisory Group in the Philippines, supporting business development and leasing activities. The role involves conducting market research, reviewing listings, preparing lease proposals and agreements, and coordinating with property owners and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. This position offers valuable exposure to brokerage and market intelligence while fostering collaboration, growth, and professional development within a dynamic real estate environment.

Job Description

Business Development & Leasing Support:

• Assist in identifying new leasing opportunities through basic market research, online listings review, and asset walk-throughs.
• Support the team in building relationships with property owners by preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and maintaining regular communication.
• Help prepare Heads of Agreement, lease proposals, and other documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease transactions and timely follow-up with clients and tenants.

 

Brokerage & Market Intelligence:

• Update and maintain an accurate market database, including listings, transactions, and tenant movements.
• Support the preparation of market reports, pitch decks, and business development materials.
• Participate in canvassing activities to identify potential tenants and generate leads for the team.
• Gather market intel by monitoring property portals, speaking with agents, and tracking competitor activities.

 

Client Servicing & Advisory Support:

• Prepare research summaries, property options, and initial recommendations for client presentations.
• Assist in organizing leasing meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
• Help implement marketing materials and simple proposals for listings and tenant mandates.
• Support negotiations by coordinating information flow and preparing updated documents as needed.

• Work closely with the broader Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team to support integrated service delivery.
• Contribute to team initiatives, sustainable practices, and cross-department collaboration.

• Participate in internal training programs and on-the-job learning to build leasing and negotiation skills.
• Seek mentorship from senior brokers to develop market knowledge and client-handling capability.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities where relevant, helping create a strong and motivated team environment.
