Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging leadership development programs and team effectiveness sessions that drive measurable impact.
Provide ICF-aligned coaching to leaders through one-on-one and group engagements, fostering growth and resilience.
Partner with business units to assess leadership needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Design and deliver learning experiences leveraging tools such as CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry assessments.
Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring outcomes that strengthen organizational leadership capability.
Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to align development initiatives with enterprise priorities.
Travel up to 50% to facilitate in-person sessions and build strong relationships across the organization.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness.
5+ years of experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders in large organizations.
ICF Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and Korn Ferry tools (KF4D, KFLPS, Leadership 360).
Prior leadership experience (people leadership or significant cross-functional leadership).
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
