SALES OPERATIONS LEAD
Reporting to the General Manager of Breezeline - Florida Region - or - Director of Sales, the Sales Operations Lead optimizes the sales team's efficiency and productivity by managing technology (CRM), analyzing sales data, and streamlining processes acting as a strategic partner to drive revenue growth and support sales reps.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Responsible for managing prospecting tools and data sources, prioritizing opportunities and establishing meetings with key decision makers.
Technology Management: Administering the sales technology stack, primarily CRM systems like Salesforce, to ensure data integrity.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist with territory management, quota planning, and capacity planning to ensure sales goals are met.
Process Optimization: Defining, documenting, and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows to increase productivity.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing sales funnel performance, creating dashboards, and providing insights to leadership for forecasting.
Sales Enablement: Coordinating training, onboarding for new hires, and supporting sales enablement tools.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Construction, Technical Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth lead-to-cash operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large data sets to drive insights and forecasts.
Leadership: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
