Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading cross functional team of NPI/Install base programs.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural way and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
  • Extensive project management skills in managing R&D projects including scope, schedules, quality, issues & risks. 
  • Plan and lead the delivery of each milestone and escalate issues when necessary 
  • Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, then facilitate quick resolution.
  • Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project leadership in medical device industry
  • Experience of leading NPI program in a cross-functional matrix organization
  • Consistent track record of success driving programs from inception to delivery  
  • Experience of leading topics with region team
  • Strong influential and communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience as Scrum Master/RTE or in a similar Agile role applying Agile principles and approaches is a plus.
