Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading cross functional team of NPI/Install base programs.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a structural way and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- Extensive project management skills in managing R&D projects including scope, schedules, quality, issues & risks.
- Plan and lead the delivery of each milestone and escalate issues when necessary
- Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, then facilitate quick resolution.
- Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in project leadership in medical device industry
- Experience of leading NPI program in a cross-functional matrix organization
- Consistent track record of success driving programs from inception to delivery
- Experience of leading topics with region team
- Strong influential and communication skills.
- Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience as Scrum Master/RTE or in a similar Agile role applying Agile principles and approaches is a plus.
