The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a Manager for the Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships team. The individual will lead and manage the College’s Undergraduate Outreach, Admissions and Scholarship functions.
Reporting to the Head, Undergraduate, the candidate will play a critical role in leading whole of College effort in the outreach to prospective students, and the admissions and scholarship process. The incumbent is responsible for the advancement of the College’s student recruitment goal through the co-development and execution of outreach strategies, marketing campaigns, organizer and coordinator for outreach events such as NTU Openhouse, Tea parties, etc. The candidate will also be responsible for the coordination of outreach, admission and scholarship efforts and processes across the five engineering schools and between University departments.
Requirements:
Recognized university degree in any discipline. Degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications is preferred.
At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in student recruitment and outreach in the higher education sector.
Experience in event execution and management.
Resourceful team player with good interpersonal and people management skills.
Highly motivated and meticulous individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and keen eye for details.
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
IT savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
Knowledge of the higher education market in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
