Lead Data Analyst - Senior Manager

Who we are looking for:

• Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on Data Analysis Data Modeling , design and architecture   

• Experience in Finance Domain and FCC (Financial Crimes and Compliance) is a plus 

• Should be able to work in overlap with Morning EST hours. 

• Extensive working knowledge and expertise on Spark SQL, RDBMS, Databricks 

• Should have worked on data migration projects especially cloud migration. 

• Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional requirement specifications. 

• Work with source teams to understand the data and analyze the gaps 

• Come up with Entity and Attribute mappings, Dependencies, constraints , Data rules and data model 

• Should be able to work independently and communicate with IT and Business Stakeholders to drive technical delivery 

• Should be able to work on and strategize for future data model for compliance 

As a data analyst you will:

• Hands on design and development.  Spend 80% of time on own tasks as part of Sprint deliverables.
• 12-16 Years of IT experience with relevant qualifications.
• Min 6+ years of industry experience in Bigdata and Cloud experience.
• Extensive experience on Data Analysis, Data Mappings, Data Quality, SOR.
• Exposure to AWS, Databricks is most desirable.
• Should have worked with RDBMS, OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouses and ETL.
• Strong SQL skills is a must.
• Knowledge on Pyspark and data modelling is a plus.
• Financial domain knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Agile experience
